Chapter 2 The Construction of the Bungalow

The Construction of the New Bungalow for the Boss.

Some building contractors were called in to tender for that construction of the Bungalow.So Teddy was kept busy arranging all the meetings with all of them and showing them the site.As the Boss had previously instructed him what to do ,he was obviously had a lot of explaining to do,regarding the materials to be used extra.

Having done all this he instructed all contractors to put their quotations directly to the Boss at his official office in the city.As usual some contractors even tried to bride Teddy into diverting some secrets to them.Actually as it was no secrets as the contract was entirely up to them to prove their worth that they know their job well.Teddy being an honest man refused to accept any bride.

Apparently all contractors had submitted their quotations to the Boss who one fine day called up Teddy to present himself at the head office.There he met the contractor the Boss had selected,It was the Boss's own nephew.They shook hands and the contract was thus signed thereafter.The contract was given to him also because he was the one Rosie entrusted to draw up the plans with the architect.

The contractor was called Ah Chong.The contractor thinking he was the Boss relative was seemingly proud. Teddy could not careless what he or who he was,he was only interest inn him performing.Ah Chong said it was a small job and can be completed within three months.

Materials for the constructions were brought in within that week.Following the building began to take place.Suddenly came a visitor,the Boss's wife Rosie as she was known.She looked at the progress of the job and started complaining here and there.The Contractor,Chong had a tough time explaining to her although he was her nephew.Then she left abruptly.

"Complaining,complaining, that all she knows, nothing else",Chong was heard grumbling."It is like that,because she is Boss's wife",said Teddy."Yeah lah,also she owned this property that's why?","can't argue with her,huh?",he continued."You know can lah",replied Teddy.

"How long have you been here?",he asked."Oh,not long only two years or so,that's all",said Teddy."I bet you don't know her well".Chong said,"Later you will find out".
"She is not so easy to deal with,very difficult to please,also always shouting,nothing else",continued Chong.

The Boss's wife was a very gorgeous and stunning adorable woman.An extremely proud and beautiful woman.She can be elegant and nice if she had her ways with anyone.The important thing that matters was she was the Boss of the farm.She was given the farm after she allowed her husband to take a second wife.However there were conditions to her acceptance of the farm,the second wife and no other women can be brought in by him to the farm.Well she had her ways.

The bungalow was not completed in time but because he was the Boss's nephew his contract was extended for another month.Within the completion date the Boss's wife came several times to oversee its progress.Each time she was there she was yelling instructions here and there.Poor contractor tried everything he knew to please her.

Each time she came she also visited the orchards of the farm.Every time Teddy had to prepare to take her round in his old car.Seeing his difficulties she brought him a second hand jeep.Each time she came in Teddy also had to harvest all the beautiful ripe fruits,nicely slaughtered chickens and fresh vegetables for her to take home.All these delighted extensively and she really loved Teddy for that.

Nevertheless she was still grumpy as the "durians"were not bearing fruits yet.Budded durians take at least five years to mature.The fruit trees were all were growing very well, because Teddy utilized a lot of pig's waste from neighbouring farms to fertilize them.But he was careful not to use them whenever he knew the Boss was coming.

Soon the bungalow was completed to the satisfaction of the Boss and the
Contractor breathe a sign of relief.In happiness the Contractor gave Teddy a treat.
Not so quick because for electricity he was further requested to construct a small shed to house a generator.It was only a small job so it was easy built and the generator fitted in,with wiring all completed for the bungalow.

With its completion Teddy had to clean up all the existing messes within the fencing areas of the bungalow.When the wife of the Boss came and saw she was delighted at its maintenance.However she had one complain,no flowers around to beautify that bungalow.

To be safe Teddy asked her of the type of flowers she wished to have around that house.She paused and ponder over that then said,"Tomorrow you come with your jeep to my house in the city and I will go with you to buy them,alright. I see you at my house at 9.00 a.m. Okay?"."Yes,ma.am",he replied.

Early next morning after giving instructions to his workers what to do in the farm,he left for the Boss's house.He was there earlier then planned,as he rang the gate bell,the Boss came and answered the door.Teddy at once greeted him.

"You are early", the Boss said."Better early than late, Boss",replied Teddy."You better otherwise she will scold you",said the Boss."Have you taken your breakfast?"asked the Boss."yes,sir.I just have",replied Teddy.Pointing a chair in the garden he said,"You sit here and wait,okay?"as he went away.

Within fifteen minutes or so the Boss's wife came out.Wah,she was dressed beautifully in tight jeans and red low cut t-shirts with a jean jacket over her voluptuous body.She was also fully scented with very sweet smelling perfumes.She was wearing scarf over her head.

"Shall we go now,I must hurry as I got appointments in the afternoon,so come we go fast",she said.Teddy rushed out to open the jeep door for her.She sat in without even saying "Thank you".Teddy closed its door and went over to drive her immediately.
With clad so sexily,Teddy was lost for speech as he drive on with eyes partly looking at her massive boobs.

"Hey,look ahead and watch where you are driving,there are no roads on me",she giggled as she talked.That really made Teddy to blush and shy off.After a short distance Teddy asked shyly ,"Where to,Boss?".At this she directed Teddy to turn and there.On the way as Teddy drove the wind was gushing fast on the hair of the Boss.Her hair was fluttering with the speed of the wind ,shielding her eyes were her pair of black spectacles.When she was not looking Teddy again stole certain glances at her,admiring her voluptuous build.Suspecting Teddy at it again admiring her she slowly turned a round,caught in a surprise move by her, Teddy instantly look in front.That made her smile a little again.Obviously she loved to be admired.

At times she took fleeting glances at Teddy noting that the young man was quite handsome and had a pleasant smile all the time.Of course Teddy was a well built young man and definitely looked very fit.Apparently she like him at first sight.

At a first Nursery she at a glance was not pleased at what she saw and went to another then another.Getting irritated she called her friend on the hand phone.
On receiving the message she told Teddy to drive to another Nursery further in.Here she selected quite a number of exotic flower plants but the jeep was too small to transport them back,so a transporter was arranged.Just then her friend came and after some chatting they left leaving Teddy to lead the transporter with the selected plants to the farm.

The transporter commented as she went away with her friend and said,"Wah,you mother still very young,beautiful and stylish,huh?."No.no she is my Boss",said Teddy."Work for so beautiful Boss die also never mind",replied the transporter."Shh silly",said Teddy.

The flower plants were brought back to the bungalow and Teddy tried his best to display all the flower plants around the bungalow.Despite his effort the Boss was not pleased but he did not questioned Teddy.She instantly re-directed the rearrangements of all the flowers.Fortunately there were workers around to help the shifting of pots here and there.Finally it was all over.

Rosie was still not impressed at her new arrangements said to Teddy,"I think you better plant all the flowers ourselves no more buying}."What flowers do you like me to plant?,he asked her."Well for a start,plant roses and maybe orchids.Please do not plant in front of the house,plant them in pot at the back.When those roses flowers, bring those flowering to the front",she said."Sure can",replied Teddy.

"Now that the bungalow is ready,I be throwing a party for house warming.What shall I bring for the party?"she asked."We have all the food you required here.Maybe you bring in the drinks you fancy for it",said Teddy."That will be fine,you arrange all the food for me.You make sure that my party is a success",she demanded.

On party day Teddy had a roasted wild boar and had taken pains to teach his workers how to shaved the roast pig and then served the guests.Wild chickens were also roasted,together with ordinary chickens.Then there was wild chicken curry and steamed chickens as well.For those who like fried chickens he had them also done up.A large variety of fresh vegetables from his farm was also to be served.Fresh fruits were also served at the same time.

For drinks Rosie had them brought in from the city.Hard liqoer and champagne were also to be served.

When Rosie saw what was prepared by Teddy,she was so happy so much so that she gave him a peck on his cheek.All those workers seeing that began teasing him,advising him not to wash his face for at least a month.For Rosie she did it on purpose for she already fell in love with him.Rosie had actually came in very much earlier with her children.Her husband was not with her.

The guests began coming in when it was getting dark that evening.Some had come prepared to past the night at her new bungalow.Teddy was advised to dressed properly that evening and nothing casual.He was to be on site to greet all the guests arriving.Many of them were unfamiliar with him so he had to force himself to entertain them.But he was quite shy with ladies and blushed when speaking to them.

The first to scare him were Jennifer,a tall exotic lady with her friend Janet.He shivered as she shook their hands and Rosie seeing that had to encourage him."Don't be shy,they are all my friends,they would not eat you up", she said.Jennifer whispered to Rosie,"He is so cute and handsome,I like him"."Don't you dare touch him,he is mine",she said to her seriously."But if he likes me?",replied Jennifer."He would not,I assure you",she whispered back.

The ever smiling Teddy smiling sheepishly did not know what those ladies were whispering about,went his way to get them drinks.He came back with glasses of brandy and offered those to the ladies."What? so quick Brandy?Ah! never mind give me one",she said and took it with one gulp."Good",said Rosie,"let drink our hearts out,and get drunk.there are rooms ready for all",exclaimed Rosie.

As they drank petite Margaret and another woman came in.following came Susan.another gorgeous lady,also clad sexily in low cutting dress exposing part of her lovely big boobs.With her were three other ladies,all equally adorable.Teddy marveled at their sights.Susan seeing that handsome lad shook his hand asking "Who are you.baby?'."I am no baby.I am Teddy Cheng,Rosie farm Manager"."Oh I see" rushing in to administer a hug on him.That shocked him tremenhttp://www.blogger.com/posts.g?blogID=8838480112474417402dously.

From a distance Rosie saw that quickly came to his rescue saying to Susan,"Don't frighten him,Susan"."He is just a kid?".They all laughed and took that as a joke.Teddy blushed was taken aback. Rosie holding his hand said," Don't panic they are just simply joking.Anyway you seem to be popular with them",she said.At that time Teddy was really too young to know how wonderful matured women can be.Whatever it was he surely was learning fast real fast.

It was to be a all female party,as non of the guests brought their spouses.Teddy apparently was the only male around.Guests kept coming in luxurious cars,and when finally all had arrived there were more than fifteen of them.Poor Teddy could catch identifying them as all were painted heavily and the smell of their perfumes intoxicating.So dowsy was he that he just simply served and chi chat with them.

When a huge crowd of ladies gather together they could easily bring the house down.The noises they made were overhelmingly loud.louder that those amplifiers blasting around.The music playing hot songs were thus inaudible.Teddy imaginations ran wild thinking he was in the Amazon valleys of women.The atmosphere was smoky with many of the females smoking but smoking what thought Teddy.In fact a lady even offered him a try but he rejected it.At the same time all were drinking heavily.

So the guests ate and drunk,time surely passed away real fast and before the stroke of twelve Teddy sent all the workers serving home.Thus all the guests were left alone but their enjoyment did not stop there and then,they continued as normal.Past 1.00 a.m. many were already down and had gone sleeping in the rooms.Just imagine so many sexily clad ladies lying here and there,some exposing their lovely thighs and private parts.A dozen still lingers on drinking as fishes of the ocean.

In the midst of these,Rosie came up to Teddy beckoning him to take her for a stroll to get some fresh air and he obliged.A short distance and she slipped,Teddy was careful to catch her,preventing a heavy fall.All of a sudden Rosie swiftly planted a kiss on his lips.Those juicy lips ignited the fire from within him.He held her tightly and responded to her ferocious advances.They kissed and kissed for several minutes.

Then she relaxed and whispered,"I loved you Teddy,oh my Teddy I love you"."I love you.too",he responded.Pushing slightly she said,"We must go back now or they will think something else", and they returned to the bungalow.It was a very memorable night for him,a loving kiss from the Boss,yeah he has a bright future.

A few ladies were still at it drinking and talking,although they had too many drinks.Others were seen sleeping on cough and some on the floor in awkward positions,exposing their private parts.He helped Rosie to get some blankets to cover some of them.Thereafter he returned to his bungalow as he was very tired and slept immediately.

Chapter 1 The Establishment of the Farm

Having a farm in retirement were many people's dream.For many this was only a dream,a dream that was not easy to achieve.A local wealthy man too had that same dream and with his fortune in hand that was easy,so he enrolled the services of his retiring friend to locate a suitable piece of land for him.The planter's name was Mano,a man in his late sixties.

Mano also harbored the same ideas to develop a farm in his retirement but he was not so sound financially so he shelve the idea,but when his friend seek his aid,he without any difficulties recommended a property he had in mind.The business man brought it without much consideration as it was recommended by Mano.

The proposed farm was on a piece of land 50 acres in size.It was a beautiful piece of undulating land very suitable for a farm.The new Owner,a rich business from the city.He had intended to present that to his wife,on condition she allowed him to take a second wife.

When he brought over the property it was filled with very old rubber stand and very bushy.He engaged a Manager to do all the clearing and establishing the farm for him.The man involved was an experienced man who had experienced in clearing of old rubber stand and in replanting.

He was his old friend,the one who recommended him to buy that estate,his name was Mano,a retired planter in his late sixties.An extremely experienced rubber planter who had rose up from the rank of conductor to Plantation Manager of a well established company.The Boss knew him well to provide him a job on his retirement from the plantation.

However he resided in the town and had to travel daily to the new farm,but assisting him was a young man in his early twenties.The assistant was made to stay on at the residence provided in the farm.Being a bachelor,there was no problem for him.

He enlisted a contractor to clear the rubber stand.All uproot of the old rubber stand were to be dug up and burnt away together with those branches not removed from the field.However the contractor reserved the rights to remove all rubber timber within a stipulated period of time.The contractor apparently was supplying rubber wood to brick kiln nearby,and the bigger girth of logs were sold to some sawmills.In return the contractor will also give a round of plowing without any further charges.

On clearing he drew up a rough plan of what he planned for the farm.The front of the land was a swamp which had been drained previously for planting of rubber.The rest of the land were undulating.So he suggested that the swamp be deepened for a fish pond to breed Talapia and others.Following he suggested to breed ducks with that pond and the nearby streams.The nearby streams and its surrounding also provide a lot of food for the ducks such as snails and tiny shrimps.

For a start he had a boundary drain about two feet deep were to be dug round the farm.The earth so dug up were to place back on to the farm side of land and leveled to be a small road,thereby more accessible all round even on any vehicle.Along the dug up stretches were planted with various varieties of pineapples.The inner side of that boundary paths were planted with sugar cane.Sweet potatoes were planting with cuttings in between those.

He also established long rows of dragon fruits,this he hope can provide some fruits and also prevent intruders from easy crossing into the farm.Thee were a number of varieties of dragon fruits.He had no intention of turning that into a major crop of the farm.The Boss wanted that to exist in the farm that was all.

On the land he planned to raise chickens."Kampong" chickens were highly priced and he planned to multiply them in stages.The Manager had his assistant to look for them from the market of the local village.Not a difficult task as the villagers had many to spare so at a good price the target was soon overcome.Ducklings were from the town's hatcheries.

With the land properly cleared,a large variety of Malaysian fruits were to be planted around the land.He drew up a plan as to where the fruits were to be planted for the Boss.Of course the plan were to have the Boss's approval,however the Boss was delighted with it but not his lovely wife.She therefore made many suggestions and had to be adhered to without failed.

Within months many chickens were seen running around,"kampong" chickens fetched a very good price those days.There were also ducks a huge flock of them and some geese.Geese made fantastic guards against vandals and thieves.Turkey also made up the numbers of farm animals.

Two dogs were around the farm,barking at the slightest present of intruders or strangers.Amazingly these dogs do not attacked the other birds around the farm.Surrounding the farm were two huge canals providing good play ground for the ducklings.

Some bananas of good varieties were also planted in the inter-rows of the durian planting points as a crop that also provided sheds for the durian.The D 24 and the "Thai clone called Gan Yau" species were grown along the ponds and streams.All durian required plenty of sheds during its initial stage of growth.Large vegetable baskets were utilized to cover the young plants. A piece of jungle sticker was planted near the young durian to prevent the basket from being removed by wind or by others.

A large number of varieties of bananas were selected for the planting in the inter-rows.Near the young plants were also established some papaya trees,the types acceptable in the market.Both types of fruits has ever ready market but the Rosie wanted the fruits solely for own consumption,only when there were extra then only to be sold locally.

The basket covering the young plants of durians were to be raised from time to time as the plants gain height.Many other varieties of fruits such as mangoesteen,mangoes,sour sops,rambutans,avolcados,Nangka,Chempadak,oranges,pameloes were also planted scattering all round the farm.

Visitors to the farm definitely will grasp in amazement of the large varieties of fruits presented by this farm, besides it was a fantastic sight to behold.
Teddy Cheng was the assistant to Mano of the farm,a young full of enthusiasm and hard working.Under him were three workers,all locally recruited from the nearby villages.All of them were Malays.Somehow these guys never stayed long with him before they all left.So he resorted to employing Chinese females workers.Women were somehow more reliable,less troublesome and stayed longer in the farm.

Initially when establishing the farm which was about fifty acres,Teddy relied on a Contractor to supply the work force.Such tasks such as clearing the farms for planting were all given on contract,so were the planting of fruit trees etc.etc..When all these were done, in maintenance only a tiny labor force will suffice.

A comfortable small house was constructed next to a fast flowing small stream flowing right through the middle of the farm.The two bedrooms and sitting rooms were slightly raised above the ground,while the ground level floor was utilized as a store and kitchen,cum office.Teddy had to stayed there by himself.For his daily food etc.he had to provide for himself.In any case there were food stalls in the village which provide good meals.So it was quite convenient for him.

A piece of higher land was flattened to construct another beautiful bungalow for the proprietor of that farm.The owner a very wealthy man of the farm wanted it to be presented to his wife,Rosie.Work on the bungalow will commenced as soon as his wife had seen the plan and approved of it.Of course his wife was very fussy so the Contractor was made to re-draw the plan over and over,and have presented to her for approval.With much difficulties the plan was finally finalized and construction began.

A tube well was drilled near the small house where Teddy reside after a series of trials to locate the water source.The tube well provided sufficient crystal clear water for the small household and hopefully sufficient for the bungalow,too.Water from the nearby stream were piped to water tank,where the water will be conserved to provide the young durian for watering in time of need especially during the dry season.Durian requires a lot of water for its growth and at least 500 lits, daily when matured.

Chickens bred were initially kept in a chicken coup but as time went by these chickens abandon their coup to perch on the low branching of the fruit trees during the night.Chickens residing outside the chicken coup appeared to be healthier and its feather prettier than those caged birds.The chicken coup also provided with boxes for the hens to lay eggs and to hatch them in due course.

While the ducks were provided with only a rough shade,with old zinc sheets supported by a few stakes acquired from the nearby jungle.When matured sufficiently these ducks laid their eggs all round the farm.Plenty of river sand were laid out in places where ducks were feed.This serves to keep the ground condition drier all the time.

Catching these chickens will be a problem and almost impossible tasks,but Teddy had evolved an ingenious method in fencing of a small area with wire netting all round the area.The birds were fed at regular intervals.So coming catching the chicks came all he had to do was to lure the chickens into this place by feeding them,then when most were in he closed the door and the chickens were thereby trapped inside this enclosure.


Many a time wild chickens,wild boars,pythons ,iguanas,"musang" or fox,squirrels were trapped within as well.
All these can be captured caged and be sold away generating extra revenues for the farm.There were ready buyers for them even though much of such pests were protected animals.

The chickens ready for the markets were caught selectively,the mothers of chicks and some old beautiful cockerels were released.Every week chickens and ducks were selected for the market,thus making the farm very productive and profitable.
all year round.

The fenced area also provided the farm with extra income,for beside the normal catches,this also provided a trap for wild chickens.At feeding time wild chickens also joined in to devour the free food provided to the chickens especially when the feeder had left after putting out all the food for the chickens.

Trapping wild chickens were illegal and there was apparently a season for trapping them and only trappers with the required permit can catch or hunt them.What ever it was under the counter all things happened and where got time to secure the permit.It definitely has a better market value and there were ready buyers everywhere.Wild chickens can never be captured and bred as pets as these being wild birds will definitely killed themselves in captivities,whether adult or young chicks they never survived the ordeal in cages.It is the same with all other wild animals for that matter.

Come rainy days very big pythons coming into the farm from nearby jungle to prey on the chicken and ducks were also caught,they were easily captured as they come for the chickens and ducks at night.These pythons can not escaped especially after they had swallowed a duckling or two.Then there were the iguanas which were easily trapped like a fish,hooked with only a small baits usually a piece of meat.
Both these animals can be sold easily locally for it skins and meat

The orchards were established but yet to fully matured.Despite of that those which yielded early were already fruiting,like guava,star fruits,"jambu Air" (Indonesian Honey Varieties),papayas and sour sops.

The farm also boasted a huge varieties of vegetables mostly for local consumption planted by the assistant Teddy.After three years or so the farm was almost fully established the Manager Mano resigned due ill health and Teddy Cheng was thus promoted to over full control of the farm.

In full management of the farm Teddy recruited a few more workers mostly women folks from the nearby new village.Initially he tried out five of them and found them more hard working.By and by the male workers all left and he further replaced them with females.

He appointed a "kapala"or leader from among them to help in allotting and supervising of work.A tall,strong, good looking was selected among his workers.Of course she had to be a hard and honest worker to be selected. Ah Chan a commanding figure among the workers was his choice and the Boss Rosie approved of her.

Very soon under him the farm was making some profits from sales of ducks and chickens.There was not much fruiting of fruits then.That pleased the Boss Rosie very much as she came in weekly to view her farm with her family.Her gorgeous figure was well known among all the workers always wandering how a young mother of three children can be so fit - voluptuous and beautiful.

The young Teddy was actually infatuated with the gorgeous Rosie and was always admiring her whenever she was at the farm but he kept his distance because she was his Boss.The Boss in the mean time had side glanced him many a times and had noticed that his young and handsome manager was eying her.So whenever she was at the farm she always wore dark glasses to cover up her wandering eyes.Yes,there were little doubt that she was slowly and surely falling for her younger admirer.It was only a matter of time the bubble burst.
