Chapter 9 Homeward Bound.

Soon it was time homeward bound,for they have been there for almost six years or slightly more.Both husband and wife had accumulated a small fortune together,however not so for the wife had other ideas.Her savings were deem solely her's nothing to do with her husband.

Both their daughters were now aged six and four,though neither girls were his which he thought were his's.Even the girls had different fathers.Mei Zei knew those facts and had kept that secret away from him

The wife actually had wanted to leave him and stayed back in the States as her lover Alan Tam was ready to retain her as his wife if possible.In fact he had brought a ouse waiting for her to reside within.However after so long so long away from home she was home sick.So she planned to go home for a holiday then returned back to reside with her lover.

Why not?,as she does not love that Shorty any more.She now also knew that the Shorty loved another - a prostitute in down town New York.That blond American Chinese prostitute.Does that woman loved him??? NO,never she just want his money and as long as he can provide her cash she loved him not otherwise.

His wife although knowing his indulgence always tried to deceive him by dyeing her hair blond or light brown .Did that pleased him .Yes,in certain ways as the Shorty always loved those colored hair.When their daughters were grown up he too made them dyed their hair blond just just as the prostitute he met in New York.

He like his wife always yearned to return to work in New York and most of all to be with his love,the blond prostitute.She of course had been waiting for his return but he never did,not that he did not tried but failed to get a permit to go back there fir he was already barred or black marked from going back to the U.S. for good.


One little secret he always kept to himself was the year he was due back to Malaysia he was waylaid in the Red light district by a couple of black hoodlums who escorted him into a dark alley where they took turn to sodomize him.They also relieved him of all his money and valuables on his body.Thereafter they gave him a bashing of his life before kicking him out off their areas.

Later he and his friends Ricky with another black gangster tried to take revenge for him but those rowdies easily hoodwinked him,they could not be found them for identifying were difficult as all blacks almost looked the same every where.Soon the whole episode was forgotten and he left with a swollen back.

In all other days whenever he goes deeper into the ghettoes he had for company Ricky.It was also a mistake of him to befriend Rick who later tried to molest his wife.That man was a real rascal but his wife was too smart for that black fellow who tried to be fresh with her,grabbing her when the Shorty was away.

She would had taken him in had she not seen how big the black man had so she getting scared ran away from him leaving in a lurched shaking his balls in agony.She never allowed herself to be neared him in the near future. Nor she stayed alone at their home when ever the Shorty was away.That left Ricky frustrated in raged.

Whenever the Shorty was away later she stayed back at the Supermarket purporting to do unfinished work.That absolutely pleased the Boss, who stayed back to accompany her.When that happened the whole world belonged to them as they bashed it out time and again,again and again,until "thy kingdom come".

Once she met a young handsome Cockesion salesman named Max who immediately took a liking to her, requested for an appointment for a date which she could not resist.At the appointed time Max drove her out of New York to a small little town where they had a luxurious dinner,and danced .

When it was late they dwelt in a small motel room where Max made love to her.Of course she enjoyed every moment with that Max.That Max was also an accomplished singer impersonating Elvis Presley every moment he had the chance he had .He sent her back to her home the next morning where she returned to work as any normal working days.

That Max was also madly in love with her promising to return as quickly as he could to see her but he never did.He never intended to wave away his promised but due to avoidable circumstances the poor salesman had lost his job.He could not rid himself of his sadness and inadequacies.

Not that he did not want to see Mary again but because of his problems and without funds where could he go to.So he allowed it be then went on to search for another job but those not in his mind actually.He had wanted to be an pseudo Elvis Presley so he lodged on into the entertaining world.There was no success initially,it surely was a long,long hard work all the way.

In the ultimate end he became a real success,he was some sort of celebrity but by such time his love had returned to Malaysia and many things transformed.Things were never the same again forever.He did come to Malaysia for shows but that love no more existed.Gone with the wind.

Mary never forgot that blissful night together with him.She had the best of both world.Also she stole his heart away from him.With Max not returning to her she reverted her love back to Alan her faithful Boss,her lover who wanted to marry her.Fat hope but he had faith in her .He was always there to please her whenever she was in dire need of extra cash and most of all his love.Their affair was never discovered by his poor fatty wife.

Poor Boss had even wanted to open another new Supermarket down town for her to manage and also brought a house waiting for her to move in.All these she knew were within her grasped but she was however home sick.Her plans were to return home first then return back to him leaving her husband the Shorty behind to marry her Boss.

What a lavish plan she had.She always knew she and her second daughter would have good lives once she returned to the States.There were no denying that she would have acquired those things promised her by her Boss.At least she had high hopes.

Therefore before venturing home she went on a buying spree and why not?.She just had to tag her lover along and he will honour her by paying whatever she purchased.So she brought clothes for herself as well as for her daughters but nothing for the Shorty her husband.

Her dear lover also took her to Les Vegas where she acquired a tastes for gambling in Casino. Well after the gambling they went to luxurious restaurants and enjoyed the meals there and thereafter what else,but a good night rest at the most expensive hotels.Yes,they made love till the break of dawn.The old Boss gave her every thing she asked for.

Many a times she would tagged along her second daughter Yeng Yeng leaving the elder girl behind.Her lover never seem interested in her elder daughter which was some others' baby.The older girl was left with the baby-sitter.

Both the girls loved to lick lollipops both human or otherwise.The elder girl girl Cha Cha loved Michael's more,surely without a doubt.So much so when Michael passed away last year he cried out aloud,"Cha,Cha I missed your back...............",and then collapsed in death.Poor fellow dying still think of her dearly.

Son a day was fixed for her return to Malaysia.They had a trying time fixing the passport of those two daughters and also theirs.Both were fined heavily for over staying in the States.Both pleaded for leniency.Later through the pleading of the solicitor the sentences were grossly reduced.

The Shorty had his saving reduced thus but still he had accumulated some five hundred thousand ringgit a small fortune indeed.All his money were remitted back to his sister-in-law who banked them into his account.The brother-in-law borrowed some of it when his turning of cash was in trouble.

Well.he agreed as he expected his money could buy him a position perhaps a share in his transportation company.However he was confident but actually that was fakse hope.
